What this service does
Automated billing analysis operated by Dane Anthony Cooper, DCoop, New York. This service uses deterministic checks and original reference code developed with Codex. When enabled, GPT-6 Astra also receives sanitized billing evidence to provide optional advice; it has no wallet or execution tools. It does not access your production environment or run submitted code. Finding amounts can overlap and are not guaranteed savings.
Delivery, corrections, and refunds
Diagnosis within 24 hours, repair package within 48 hours of confirmed payment. If delivery fails, a refund is initiated automatically. You can request one recomputation or a full refund from your private order page within seven days of delivery. Network or processor reconciliation can delay confirmation. An upgrade costs $60 after a $19 diagnosis; refund the upgrade before the original diagnosis.
Your data
Free-check exports are processed without storage. Paid exports and reports are deleted seven days after delivery. Keep your downloaded report. Minimal transaction records and hashes remain for accounting. Private order access is stored in this browser; losing it can prevent recovery. Offline backups have a separate seven-day deletion schedule documented for the operator.
Payment
Cards and Base USDC are separate payment rails. Prices include applicable tax when configured. On-chain transfers need verified settlement. Demo orders are test records and never count as sales. No trading, investment advice, or returns are offered.
