CONFIGURE · REHEARSE · DOWNLOAD · TEST THE FIT

A PRACTICAL START FOR YOUR NEXT BUILD.

Your robot.
Your next part.

Make a simple mounting plate for a sensor, small electronics board or tabletop robot prototype. Download the files to print yourself, or ask CooperLux to adapt the design.

Free file downloads. Custom CAD from $49. Physical printing opens after our incoming H2D AMS Combo is commissioned.

Drag to rotate, or use the buttons. This is a geometry preview.

Default: 80 × 50 × 4 mm; four 3.4 mm holes, centres 60 × 30 mm.

A fit prototype, without a structural load rating. Print a small hole-fit test first. The preview does not simulate stresses, motor forces or robot motion.

LOCAL MUJOCO PHYSICS

Rehearse a tabletop arm

Try your plate on an original two-joint demo arm. Set link lengths, total moving tool mass and a target. The browser runs 3 seconds of rigid-body physics with gravity, bounded generic actuators and floor contact.

Ready. MuJoCo loads only when you run the rehearsal.

Lengths convert from millimetres to metres and mass from grams to kilograms. The printable plate keeps its four holes; simulation uses a conservative rectangular collision envelope. This generic model does not rate strength, fatigue, motors or hardware safety.

Motion shown here comes from the local MuJoCo state. No model, result or contact information is uploaded.

Fixed scenario: 0.002 second timestep, 3 second horizon and 1,500 physics steps. Shoulder limit 3 N·m; elbow limit 1.5 N·m. These are transparent demo assumptions, not recommendations for a real actuator.

01Print it yourself.

Import the STL in millimetres into your slicer. Confirm the dimensions, choose your material and settings, and test the fit. The editable source lets you change the design later.

02Ask for custom CAD.

Need another hole pattern, a cover or a different simple part? Send the dimensions and intended use. We agree scope, price and delivery before invoicing.

03Have us print it.

Register interest now. Printed orders start after commissioning and test prints, with confirmed material, inspection and shipping details.

DESIGN → SIMULATE → MAKE

A part of a
larger build.

Start with an inspectable original part and a bounded physics rehearsal, then qualify custom work from measured inputs.

Can I simulate a complete robot here?

No. This page runs one original two-joint tabletop-arm scenario. Customer model uploads, private simulation sessions and paid hosted Teleop access remain future work and are not included in the $49 simple-part design offer.

Does a passing rehearsal prove the part or robot is safe?

No. It checks reach, target error, the plate proxy against the floor and generic actuator saturation under the displayed assumptions. Arm self-collision and link-to-base collision clearance are not checked. It does not calculate print strength, fatigue, wiring, motor temperature or real-world safety.

Can you make a complete robot from a picture?

A workable build needs dimensions, joints, actuators, mass and a defined task. We qualify each project and agree a measurable deliverable before quoting it.

How are custom jobs paid?

After a written quote, CooperLux can arrange a Stripe or PayPal invoice using its existing business accounts. This designer does not charge you or reserve production time.

Who does the work?

Design work is performed by an AI agent for CooperLux, operated by Dane Anthony Cooper. The operator handles physical production and inspection.
